I purchased a sweatshirt and they sent me the wrong one. I Contact Customer Service December 09, 2019 and no one has return my email; since they don't provide phone number. I just emailed again this is unprofessional. I don't want money back just the correct item that was purchased and not for a cheap price. Becareful with this site I am so disappointed in people trying to do business and in the end they screw you.

Don't order from this company they loose you shipment try to send more then what you really ordered. Just one big scam company

I want a customer service phone number, my brother received a grandpa cup and theres no name for who its from. He doesn't want to thank the wrong grandchildren. Please help. It came from Cool Family Tee 7800 Records St STE-C Lawrence, IN 46226 Please help me. He's 81 and I live in another state ,trying to help him. Thank you in advance

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son and two long sleeve shirts for my daughters before Christmas. I have not yet received them as of 1/10/2020. They will not refund my money or send my product!!!!

Update from my review 3 days ago. I finally got an email today from cool family tee saying that my order will be cancelled. I have been requesting to cancel this order but they said they couldn't cancel because it was in printing and scheduled to ship. Now it is being cancelled. Now I have to make sure I receive full credit.🙏

Do not order from this company. I ordered a fleece blanket in November ready for xmas, it did not arrive when stated so i cancled the order however they did not stop the order as it arrived in January and on top of this i had to pay customs fees even though they took payment for post and packaging. After looking at the item the quality was disgusting so again i contacted the company to complain and asked again for a full refund. Today 8th Jan got an email saying "we dont do refunds"... absolutely disgusted, Be warned this company will rip you off, next stop trade and standards.

False advertisement. Site stated that I would receive my order by Christmas. I ordered the sweatshirts in plenty of time to receive before Christmas. Once a click the submit button, the site then said that the sweatshirts wouldn’t be shipped until January 3rd. They have lost me as a customer for life.

I am very disappointed in this company I received my $419.00 order wrong I have tried to reach someone since December 12th and as of today Jan 3rd still no response to how they can fix and get me the items I ordered as Christmas gifts. This is not how you do business in anyway . Before ordering from this company I suggest you check them out completely they don’t even have a phone number to where you can contact them on.
