Not impressed. Ordered my girlfriend a hoodie from them on March 29th. Still says its printing even tho they claim to have them ship with in 5 to 10 business days. It is now April 16th and still no change. Tried to email them and got no answer. They were quick to take the payment tho.

There are thieves among us, and some work at this company. Placed an order for a t-shirt, and somehow, probably user error, there were three (3) items in my cart. I made what I thought was the payment for the shirt, but later found out that it was for the three (3) items. Completely my fault. I tried to modify the order, but that process was ridiculous, so ended up cancelling. I received an email from the company that the order was cancelled, and that I would receive a refund in 6-10 business days. HOLY COW!! 6-10 days!! Business??!! In today's world that is ridiculous. There was no option to pay for the merchandise in 6-10 business days. Anyhow, that isn't my complaint. My complaint is they have never refunded me the money $110.82 is a good chunk of change, and so I am hoping that in shaming them, that the refund actually comes.

I have tried to email but keep getting a message from saying that This recipients can not receive emails no address found. I've ordered a t shirt 3 weeks ago but hasn't arrived Order says printed wait 5-10 days for delivery,still waiting No corrispondance from company Ne very careful ordering infact don't bother

Why cant i get a hold of them.no response to messages.Need to change my order.

Horrible customer service! Poor company policies with returns or even exchanges! Buyer beware! I would never promote this company and tell people to not bother giving your hard earned dollars to this company!

Ordered 2 t shirts 2 weeks ago they told me they was shipped and gave me the tracking number and the tracking number say cant find items so I called the carrier and they said there hasn't been any packages with that tracking number. Ateemptes to contact family tree and get the run around will never do business again

I ordered a blue-background blanket (Christmas gift for my daughter) from CoolFamilyTee at the beginning of December 2019. I received the blanket in plenty of time before Christmas, but it was white, not the blue version I had ordered. I immediately reached out to the company's customer service department via email and, at the same time, I filed a claim, per the instructions on their website. There is NO WAY to actually speak with anyone at this company, but I said in my correspondence that i was concerned that the replacement for this gift would not arrive in time for my need and I requested a refund. I finally received a response 10 days later, which was now AFTER CHRISTMAS, that they were sending me the correct blanket in blue. I had already spent more money elsewhere to have a Christmas gift under the tree for my daughter, so i told them I no longer need the blanket, and again asked that they please cancel the order and return my money. They replyed 5 days later that they were declining my request and they were sending me the replacement blanket, even though I no longer need it. Agree with other reviews - this company is a total scam! Their customer service is atrocious and when they screw up they hold your money hostage. Also, the items are very poor quality for the amount you are paying and you may or may not actually get what you ordered! I now have two crapy blankets, one white and one the blue i originally ordered, and this company has no interest in doing the right thing to support me, their now FORMER customer. BUYER BEWARE!
