I ordered my blanket well over a month before mother's day. They told me 5 to 10 days for shipping and didn't inform me until the 30th of April that my shipment would be delayed. They have no contact information, and the tracking number they provided me will not track the package. I would not recommend. I'm kicking myself for making this order in the first place.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Worst customer service ever. And they lie just so they can keep your money. I have proof that i requested a cancelation due to my order being 3 weeks late on top of the dam 3 weeks it was gonna take to get it.i ordered 2 blankets on the day 30 minutes apart going to the same adfress. I recived 1 on time i never recived the other when i reached out to them the first time the response i got said your order has not shipped and that was it the 2nd 3rd 4th 5th and so knn times i have contacted them asking for a refund say i can get one cause my blanket is in production but yet whe i use the track my order on there website it states it still pending that means it hasnt processed yet or hit priduction yet.wich tells me i can still cancel. And someone pmease tell me how how 1 blanket got done but not the other. They straight refuse to refund me or even actually listen to what im tryi g to tell them its like i keep a generic and generated by a computer cause its the exact same email i get everytime. Not that will do any good to write a review cause this company dosnt care at a but im going to keep trying to anyone not to purchase fro. This place !!!!!!!!!! Your company is a ripp off and your customer service a ripp off

I placed an order for a blanket and when I placed the order somehow my address was changed to city I do not reside in, but my order summary email says the correct city and address but wrong zip code. Which I know was correct when I placed the order. For some reason your system addressed my package to another town and used St. Instead of Terrace and a totally different city and wrong zipcode. My package has been going in circles for more than 10 days. You do not respond to any emails nor provide customer service phone number. Your online chat is also disabled leaving customers out of money, their products or the ability to correct any issues. Just poor customer service all around

Do not order from this company. They all about making money . They don't care about the consumers reason behind the return . Save your money and go to another company that cares for their consumer.

Do not order this company is a scam. I’m thinking most of the good reviews are fake reviews. Ordered product and a half ago, never received. DHL tracking number doesn’t even exist. Tried to contact them an email just bounces back to me. This is the second time I’ve been scammed ordering on Instagram. Do not order anything on Instagram I’m gonna say the majority of ads are scams

DO NOT buy anything from these people. They messed up my order and refuse to correct it. There's NO PHONE NUMBERfor them which should be a huge red flag. I've emailed them and did an online chat and yet they refuse to correct the issue. They wouldn't fix the problem or return my money.

I apparently ordered something from these people on 1-20-20. I have no tee shirts that have been sent to me this year. In January, (it's 3-18-20 today) my VISA was charged $56.88. I want to get a phone number or e-mail where I don't have to create an account and can find out what I ordered (or if I did order) shirts(s), get the product that I paid for, or have my VISA credited if they can't fulfill it or I didn't place the order. Can anyone help me get in touch with this company?
