Never order again, ordered may7 and never got my blanket!!!!!

I ordered a blanket for my mother on 5/5/2020. And still have not received it. When email I get the same generic email telling me nothing. We I did the chat, basically saying, I can refund you 6.84 from a 70.00 purchase as an inconvenience, however I cannot tell you when this will be shipped. I have never has such awful customer service.. and I run a customer service call center

I find it very hard to deal with companies that make it easy to place a order, but make it difficult to ask questions or complete a return. I ordered two posters that I paid $25 to $30 dollars for each, they came to me rolled up in a small box with no frames, I would now need to find and buy two frames, I would like a refund, and return these posters. Thank you.

Terrible experience. I ordered on 5/2 and still haven’t received my order. It stated my order would ship in 5 to 7 days. Now states it will ship in 30 to 35 days. I contacted customer service and they refused to cancel or refund.

I have not received my order and its been at least 3 weeks. Now nobody responds to my questions or emails. If i call the phone number it says my order is expected to deliver between May 30th and June 4th and then it says to expect 10-15 days for deliveryso we are talking maybe by fathers day i might see the mothers day gift that i ordered. This information was not provided until 3 weeks after i paid Plus when I went to order this Mother's Day present it said I would not be charged until it was ready to be delivered but guess what i was charged after only a few days and that was two weeks ago. every other store in the world is delayed because of the covid19 but it doesn't take them two or three months to get their delivery sent out. When you email them they only reply back saying it looks like your order is in the printing status we will let you know when it is shipped out even though I've asked them 10 or more questions regarding my order on multiple occasions. I give them a bad review and rate them -0 if i could. Just sad though. I wanted to make my mother happy with this gift!.

Don’t do it save your hard earned money in these tough times I came across COOL FAMILY TEE 👎🏾On Facebook. I was always worried about ordering through Facebook advertising and of course cool family tee DID NOT SUBSIDE MY WORRIES!!! I scrapped up the little change I had to get my mother a decent Mothers Day gift in hopes to bring her some joy during these tough times. Never the less Cool Family Tee told me once I purchased the blanket it would be 5-10 business days, then I tracked my order( which is not a real tracking number) and changed to 25-35 days. Now I have nothing for mom for Mother’s Day and I called way ahead of time. This site is the worst. And thanks to Cool Family Tee I will never trust Facebook advertised sites again. I hope this helps someone now I’m out of 74 bucks. O and no gift for mom for Mother’s Day. 😿

Can't get any information on my order???

I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt and a poster for my son's b-day. I received the poster which weighed 0.158 lb. I DID NOT receive the tshirt that cost me $29.95 plus tax plus shipping. I did a claim for the missing item but it was not approved! Reason ?? They let me go to link.. in other words, they're giving me a run-around. I would not recommend this company to anybody!!
