If I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t but I ordered on 5/7 and it’s now 6/9 and still nothing I’ve emailed them multiple times to get the same automated message even after threatening to call the BBB and demanding a refund they offer me 50 percent discount well hello I spent $75 and tha money ain’t the problem the lack of customer service is! They don’t care and Mother’s Day is completely over and it’s Almost Father’s Day and still nothing

I ordered a beautiful blanket for Mother’s Day on 4/28 and on 6/8 it’s still not shipped out. I call and check the site daily and I still haven’t got an update. I get the whole covid 19 thing but still It’s so frustrating. I call and I get “your order is set to be shipped out in the next 5 business days” well, Karen, it’s been about 10 days and nothing is shipped out!! Very disappointed in this company

I ordered on April 20th and still haven't received my package, called 2 weeks ago said it would be shipped by June 1st at the latest, still nothing. When you call customer service there's no one to speak with , I highly recommend not ordering from this company and I will never order again. At this point I feel like I've been scammed out of $70

I placed an order on 4/29/20 and it said it would ship within 5-10 business days of payment being processed (which it was processed the next day, 4/30). A week later they changed it to 30-35 business days. A couple weeks after, they said it would ship between 5/29-6/3. I called yesterday and it said another 5-10 business days. I still haven’t received anything, and everything is automated so no one will talk to you. I’m beyond annoyed with their service, especially given the amount of money I spent, and I still have no clue when my item is coming. Reading some of these other reviews gives me hope that the company is not a total scam, but I have yet to see it with my own eyes.
