I placed my order over a month ago and still no product. Now my order # doesn't match my e-mail !!! You got me and my MONEY !!! Thank for nothing !

I ordered one of what I thought was a canvas picture for my daughter on her birthday. They look amazing online. However when you get it, it’s definitely not the case. It’s printed on a piece of paper not canvas like it shows online. A 5 year old could make it on a computer. Very dissatisfied.

Charged Item. Never received. No customer service number. Tried to use their chat tool. No response.

What a joke this company is! Might as well be a scam. They say they back their quality products 100% but there is no quality to the overpriced piece of junk dad blanket i bought. You cant talk to anyone and there is no phone number to call for customer service. All they will do is reprint another one instead of issuing a refund like i asked. The first blanket they printed was misaligned and sewed wrong and so was the seccond one they replaced it with. Its tiny and i cant believe they would call it a blanket and the velvet material is cheap, i doubt it would make it through a couple of washes. And now i tried to email them to let them know the replacement blanket was also defective and it says mailer demon undeliverable emain address. Definitely not worth the almost $60 they charge including shipping costs, dont waste your money!

This company is a joke! They don’t have customer service phone number or a Supervisor who you can talk too. They only have an online chat, that the person doesn’t understand anything except order number or email address! I tried 3-different times to get an answer and “Sally Helper” is her name refused to help me and kept disconnecting the conversations! Don’t place any orders with them! THIS COMPANY is a SCAM!!!
