I was told that I would get a refund and that I had to leave a review before I'm issued that. So here it is. I can't say I received the best service because I haven't received my money back yet. I'll update to a much more positive experience once I get my refund that is due. I have kids and a family and I don't need some company taking money from me, especially when it was not previously disclosed to me. Thanks.

The escalation team was very quick and efficient... thank you Raj for helping me with all my issues and concerns
