I emailed them about a "subscription" notice I received, when I actually just wanted to purchase yarn. I was todl the subscription was cancelled, however, my card was billed and I still have not received my yarn. I have emailed several times with no response. I would NOT trust this company.

Scammed me out of my money and then tried to use the review as a way for me to get my money back. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

-REVIEW AS HOSTAGE- Cooktwig.com is a scam. Never signed up for an account (to my knowledge). When charges showed up on my account for $74+ dollars, I reached out to the company. Recieved a "cancellation" notice but nothing about a refund. Today, I received another email saying they'd issue a refund AFTER this review... so here I am. DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is a complete scam. I found them on Facebook advertising a survey in return for a soul De Janeiro kit, which I paid $20 for. I have proof that they charge my account. I never received a tracking number and a few days later they tried to charge my account $46. I reached out to the company and they told me that they cannot charge me for anything without my consent and then told me that the payment was for a gift card to buy products on their website which doesn't even offer a soul de Janeiro kit. They told me they do not have those and that I only signed up for a gift card which they emailed to me mind you. I got their website from that survey. It led me there. Long story short it's a SCAM!!!!
