Convivial ServicesReviews of convivial-services.com

I run a Discord server for community members in an E-Bike/PEV niche where we have weekly and monthly giveaways. The weekly giveaways are hosted in our Discord server only for Platinum and Diamond tiers of a monthly subscription membership (that also includes Gold tier) consisting of about 150 members (now only ~50). Convivial services was able to make a custom bot that integrates with Shopify's API and is able to verify what tier a member is, if they're active or cancelled, automatically remove unsubscribed tiers, and give verified members their specific role based on their Shopify tags such as "Platinum" or "Diamond". They were very knowledgeable and responsive and made this project happen in about 2 weeks of (on my part) on and off communication, just to understand the perimeters and make sure they have all the information to start working on it to save everyone time in the long-term. Their invoice quote was very reasonable. They're able to host the server that the bot runs on as well, which makes it just that much easier to have them set up + have everything in one place with one team. Overall 5/5 rating. They walked me through everything and explained stuff that I was unsure of or had questions about and made the process super simple. Would recommend and absolutely do business with again. Thanks to everyone that made it happen. - Charged PEV chargedpev.com

An excellent, affordable development service dedicated to customer satisfaction. I know nothing about bot development, but the team at Convivial Services walked me through the entire process and helped me create the exact bot that I needed all within 24 hours.

Out of all the years I've been using Discord I always wanted my perfect server and they made that happen respect to these people is all very nice and patient as can be.

I can’t really complain with what I got for the price, it was simple and easy what I wanted, and the bot came out great. It took about 3 days to get it made,. I’m still able to stay in contact with the developer & they’ve guided me how to download python and run the server on my own so I don’t have to pay subscriptions. I use a MacOS so the steps were a little different when making installations and copying code’s, but nothing hard. I’m a complete noob to all of this !!! I now have people invited to my custom server , and will soon be adding more things to it ! . Great experience so far. Anything you can think of can be made.

Fast and thorough! Definitely worth it!

I appreciate very much your service and fast I recommend

Worked with the team and was given a working function bot that met and exceeded our expectations. Was fairly priced also.

Not much of anything that went wrong, everything was within expectations, bot was delivered and works as intended. I'd say a fairly good place to get a bot from
