Convergint TechnologiesReviews of convergint.com

1 Star is too high for my dealings with this company. What started out as a promising engagement with the company that bought out the original company that installed our AV infrastructure (POMT) has turned in to a complete fuster cluck. It took 3 months to get them to attend, and while this engagement went OK (back in February) we had absolutely no follow up from them to address the items raised during the visit. I have since learned that the bulk of the POMT either left or were made redundant, and after ringing them to try and engage with their AV team, was only provided an email address to which I have received no reply 8 days later. Avoid them

Not sure about your ranking #1 by SDM magazine, but it’s definitely not for professionalism. The repair person named Angel from Convergint working out of your Albuquerque, NM office is the most unprofessional condescending rude person I have ever encountered in a business setting. I have contacted my site operator, and we will be filing a complaint on his behavior.
