Not only do you get access to a mini MBA/Mergers & Acquisitions course, you get access to hyper-qualified and committed facilitators to help break down the material. Equally valuable is that you get access to a community of peers who are in the trenches with you, many of whom have an incredible breadth of experience that helps you through the deal acquisition journey. The support staff is friendly and reliable.

This course and community is helping me get out of my own way to acquire a small business. Each training provided is very thorough but the material is digestible and the community is full of high performers who candidly share their business buying journey. The leaders have also brought on savvy experts who share their considerable knowledge on video calls you can participate in on a daily/weekly basis. The community offers an amazing place to build a global network. The facilitators are very helpful, always ready to answer your questions or provide additional resources. The course is very detailed, covering everything from deal sourcing and evaluating a business to closing the deal. Each step is explained clearly, thoroughly, packed with valuable knowledge and action items.

I have always wanted to buy a business but did not know where or how to start. Then, I heard Codie on a podcast talking about how to buy small businesses and how her community helps people do so. I initially signed up for the newsletter to learn more. I really enjoyed it so I joined the community. I am really glad I did because I have learned so much about business buying through the course, the many available resources, and also through the weekly calls with the expert facilitators and community members. Everyone is willing to help each other out in any way. We truly want to see each other succeed. No matter where you are in your business acquisition journey, you would benefit greatly by being a member of this community.

Incredible community of people buying businesses. The team provides the foundational education needed to get started and the community has been extremely helpful in the search process. Deal reviews are 100% worth it! The ability to get feedback on a deal from the community is invaluable. So much experience and view points to leverage when vetting deals. The facilitators and mentors in the community bring a ton of value and so active on posts and questions. This group has helped accelerate my knowledge and confidence.

This is such a robust and giving community. Codie and team supply you with some much actionable information that's it's really easy to get started. And whenever you have a question, the Slack channels make it easy to get help from others.

Went from “looking to buy a business” to “under contract on a business” within 6 months of being in the program. The information taught is super informative and helpful in learning about the business buying process. But the group of people in the group is really what makes this group worth it. The coaches are available daily for office hours where you can ask any question. The online community is quick to give feedback and support. Buying a business is a bit risky, so we want to lower that risk as much as possible. Joining a group like this makes sure that you have a board of advisors before you even begin. Well worth the price.
