They are available and give multiple times a week to spend an hour working on your business and not just in it. They have been a great advocate pushing me to OWN the business and not just a job. My industry is outside the standard services industry that Contrarian specializes in, but we are a small business and the "rules of the game" still apply. So far I have improved my digital marketing and website management - leading to a significant increase in inbound, qualified leads. I have, as well, improved my employment agreements and job descriptions. It's lonely at the top, and you can't complain to the people you lead, so having a community of leaders who understand the challenges is invaluable.
