I received an email from them, demanding a debt payment. I thought it was a scam and ignored it. After a few days, an additional £500 collection charge was added. I don't know what this fee is for. I replied to the email requesting proof of the debt, but they sent another payment reminder a week later without providing any proof. I can't understand this way of handling things.
