We switched our exteriors business over to ContractorHUB about two months ago, and the thing I was most nervous about was the migration, we have a past with migration... Brock took the time and walked us through every corner of the system, once we saw it, the decision for us was made pretty quick. Janine has been fantastic getting us through onboarding, we've had regular check-ins with her to answer questions and make sure we're getting the most out of the platform, and she's been incredibly responsive every step of the way. Ticket submission feels almost immediate. What's stood out most is how much this system replaced. We used to juggle too many different platforms to run different parts of the business, now ContractorHub is genuinely the hub. We haven't done a hundred CRM migrations, but we've done a couple, and this was by far the easiest one we've ever been part of. We're excited to see where ContractorHub goes from here, we've gotten a glimpse of what's coming and it only gets better from here

ContractorHUB has changed how our team operates. The mobile and iPad app has been a game changer in the field, SOPs, KPIs, checklists, job info stored right where the crew needs them, estimating feels way easier with the measurements and estimating tools, our crews aren't leaving the site without being able to give a quote. Love the good, better, best building feature. You can tell a contractor designed this system, it feels, moves, and operates the way someone who's actually run a contracting business would build it. There are things in here that don't exist in other platforms because they only make sense if you've actually lived this industry. Every time we talk to anyone on the ContractorHUB team, you can tell they get it, they've been there, and they built this because they saw the gaps firsthand. The bigger shift for us has been visibility. Our day to day used to mean seventeen windows open just to run the business, and balls get dropped no matter how hard we try. Having everything connected in ContractorHUB makes our day to day genuinely efficient. This is exactly the kind of system we needed to keep scaling.

Support was amazing. This is a new software we're evaluating and literally anything I needed help with I can text someone and get an instant response. I'm sure it won't stay that way as it's still a new platform, but honestly it just feels like an outstanding epxerience.
