These people are real professionals. We have been associates for years. The products are always delivered as advertised, and I can always trust, that, if there ever was a problem, they always made me feel like our needs are a priority. Great product and great service, thanks

First, I did not receive a shipping confirmation email. When the leggings arrived, the thigh portion felt stretched out. I measured prior to ordering and again that day and the size I ordered was correct. Contacted customer services about the leggings feeling stretched out and never received a response. Too expensive to have such poor customer service and stretched out garments.

I ordered a compression sleeve on Tuesday, paid for 2 day shipping, it’s Saturday night and still nothing. And no response from customer service regarding shipping or tracking information requesting such on Thursday evening. I’m bummed!

Excellent customer service, fast shipping. Good product. I had a free replacement shipped due to factory defect. No questions asked, just amazing service.
