The purchased course went offline, no notice was sent of discontinuation. No refunds are offered as it has passed 60 days. There is No one to speak about the issue other than a phone clerk who may very well be the owner and does not want to offer monetary compensation or otherwise in the form of a different service. Terrible.

While I prefer in-person courses, I find that the offerings available online are often worthwhile learning opportunities. Until I had the opportunity to enroll in another company's course I didn't appreciate how professional and kind the staff at Continuing Ed Express are. Any time I have had a question or need, they have been able to answer it and resolve issues quickly.
