Annie Rose who is an Associate VP is an excellent resource that CDP has, she always follows through with each step of a project to make sure it reaches a successful outcome, I had a great time working with her, I strongly recommend her! :)

I was in need of a resume and didn't know where to go or who to contact. I went on-line and struck gold when I decided to go with Content Development Pros. Angelina answered the phone and instantly put me at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. Angelina took a personal interest in my resume and I now have a resume that I can be proud of. For all your resume needs I recommend Content Development Pros.

Review is to highlight Mr Alan Richardson project manager over my website. My personality and background are extremely focused on projects that I take on. With that said Mr Alan has worked with me to accomplish my goals. During this early period of our working relationship he has exemplified a very professional demeanor. He is courteous, made himself available and does make a concerted effort to satisfy my requirements.

I have decided to replace my content management services and give another shot to CDP and I don't regret it since then. Michelle Rhodes, my account manager, went above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer, while demonstrating full transparency to details and responsibility for every aspect of the services I received. She advised and knew how to adjust for me the types of content services I needed and kept in touch throughout, I really appreciate that. Jason Wright, my project manager, also takes a huge part in my customer experience, as he first and foremost makes efforts to accurately understand my needs, my niche, and business activities, while he performs excellent mediation between all departments until the final product lands in my hands, and takes care of constant communication to make sure I am 100% satisfied from the results. It is very relaxing to work with someone I know who is there and available for any question, idea, or problem I have. I would be lying if I said there were not a few technical glitches along the way, but these two knew how to make up for them, and in the bottom line, make sure I stay your regular customer. Very enjoyable to work with you and hope it stays that way. Keep up the good work! Omri

We contacted Content Developers for a website project we had to do, and Jason Wright, our project manager, was so helpful every step of the way! He explained everything to us, contacted us on a weekly basis to make sure everything was OK while they finished writing the text. Jason even contacted us to let us know that we had not used all of our credits and could use them at a later date. Totally recommend Jason Wright at Content Developers for his excellent customer service!!
