They had my complete charge card numbers and the length of time I had been paying my accounts and my approximate age. They offered to set up a government program to reduce my card balances by 50% if I would give them my card security codes and expiration dates. I was connected to a superior who spoke excellent English and was very polite but persuasive. Definitely a dangerous scam!

They keep calling. I already informed them that I am not interested. And I am on the no call list. But they keep on calling. sometimes 3 times a day

The calls are complete harassment. They place the call electronically, selecting a random phone number, Ava is not live on the phone and leaves a message for you to call back but does not leave a phone number. They have been calling 3 to 5 times a day for several months and I can’t get them stopped.

this is a scam. They call multiple times a day always from a different number. I asked them to remove me and stop calling but that only seemed to increase frequency.

Ava has called numerous times I spoke with her and told her to stop. She assured me that she would put us The Do Not Call list. I am already on that list. I spoke to her yesterday and told her that I was recording the conversation and was reporting the harassment to the FTC, Verizon and the NYPD. She hung up but alas another call today. I want to meet her and end this once and for all.

Ava has no phone number that I can reach her at 3:00 am when she calls weaking me up, never leaving a phone number for the thousands of messages left on my answering machine. I can't even find any phone number for the cosumertransparencygroup, if I do I hope I get the phone number of one of the ceo,s !!!
