AI generated fake loan application approval. I have gotten upwards of 15 calls a day. I block every single one of these & they just use different numbers. I have even answered & pressed 9 to be removed from their calling list & they keep coming. If I needed a loan, I sure as hell wouldn't use a company that has a 1 star rating, I've never heard of. I really wish I could get these POS calls to stop

These scammers have been calling constantly from spoofed numbers..I get many calls everyday and some times beyond the times that are supposedly legal times to call. I really don’t know how to stop them except to gather a group of people and sue them!!! So if anyone is interested

We have been getting tons of calls from these people. First they call and say they are calling from Capital One because someone is trying to access our account then he "checks" on BBB and says ohhhh no they are only trying to get 50% of your debt erased. We aren't giving any information to him and he proceeds to give my husbands SSN, DOB and full card number which I don't confirm then says oh Maria James an attorney with Consumer Transparency Group (whom he said got our info from Equifax and the other credit reporting companies) is who we need to speak to and gives us a number. We called Capital One and they stated no one from there has called us.

I answered the call, Also I called back several times and told Ava/Eva to stop calling my number, I am not interested and she hangs up on me!! LOL You can't block the number, because it is always different, so I will continue to call her back and harass her like she harasses me.

I have been multiple calls each day from this Ava. Putting on “block” doesn’t do a thing. Ignoring doesn’t help. My next tactic is going be to answer and sound dumb or drunk or like my hearing aid isn’t working. At the very least it will be entertaining and will use up their time, sparing someone else from their crap!

I am just going to repeat what everyone else has said. I get 3 to 6 calls a day from “Ava” from the “Consumer Transparency Group”, sometimes extremely late at night. This has been going on for probably 4 or 5 months, so I’ve received hundreds upon hundreds of calls, maybe even close to a thousand by now. This company is a SCAM! Beware. And do not call registries do absolutely NOTHING to stop them. And you cannot block the number because they “spoof” legitimate numbers allowing them to use hundreds of millions of phone numbers, including local businesses and state offices. Thanks to the government for allowing this to happen and doing nothing to stop it.

This group has called me more than 50 times. It is harassment and they are scammers. They say that Experian gave them my name and credit information which I spoke with Experian and they state they never give out information to anyone but my creditors. I have tried everything to stop them from calling but they have not. It starts as a robo call and the name is Eva.
