Constant automated phone calls from "Ava" saying info came across her desk and leaves a number to call back. Obviously some sort of scam to gather personal information. Suggest not answering and block the number.

Ava keeps calling me saying she has “recent information” that came across her desk! If there’s a more shady way to harass someone, please tell me lol.

Nothing went wrong except the numerous calls from Ava claiming what just came across her desk. And the vicious lie claiming the credit reporting agency Experian flagged my file and chose too do me a favor and lower my interest to zero. The conversation went well until, I was ask my birthday .... Never ever give ones date of birth

I am getting numerous phone calls from this company and I’m tired of it. No matter how many numbers I block there’s no stopping them. This is harassment! I have no desire to do business and I in no way need debt relief.

This company is the worst I've ever seen. You can't get them to stop calling you. They call multiple times a day from different numbers and even if you try to get removed they never remove you. If I could give a minus five stars I would. But it sounds like everyone else is having the same problem with them so I don't know how to fix it. But stay away from them, as I doubt that they can do any good for anyone.

I wish to echo the other reviews who received numerous calls from "Ava" of the Consumer Transparency Group. They are extremely annoying. I actually returned the call (maybe not the best thing to do) and actually got Ava on the phone and explained she was in violation of Federal Law. Hung up. Not 10 minutes later got another call from Ava - different number and called ID said First Credit Services. Called back again and warned that another call could result in legal action.

I have been badgered by a daily robotic caller named Ava for months. They even called me this morning at 5:30 am Pacific Time. I called their number to ask them to stop and the person hung up on me. They should be put out of buiness...this is harasment!

This company is total garbage and calls at least 15-20 times a day. Different phone numbers each time. Call from "Eva" and credit card debt relief. They have the wrong name associated with my phone number. I have no debt. I've told them multiple times, but the relentless calls continue. They need to be stopped. It's an invasion of privacy and quite honestly if I could personally do something to stop them I would. Please shut them down!!! With all of the compaints I see online, I don't understand how they're still operating in this country. Especially for the same reasons I'm complaining about. These pieces of garbage need to be stopped!!!
