I bought a Bose adapter brand new according to the description. I got an used one, broken, and parts were missing. Extremely bad company, customer care and purchase experience. Please do not buy here...

I purchased 4 laser toners for my hp. Went to open one of the toner boxes and it was more than obvious that the box had been opened. They had taped over it and even put the shipping label on over the tape! I opened the box from the bottom as to maintain proof that I did not tamper with the tape or shipping label and sure enough, the cartridge is sitting there, toner powder all over it and the bag it comes in stuffed in the corner of the box. Of course since I noticed this after 14 days (I keep toner on hand for when I need it not after) I am unable to return it. On their behalf I should have inspected it upon receipt (although it was left at my door with no sig and I'd still be left to pay shipping to return it) but something should be said for a little attention to detail... The shipping label was affixed to a used toner box.
