NO ESCUSE!
They charged my card to the tune of just short of $300.00, never shipped anything, never answered an e-mail. never shipped anything, it's been almost a month, their phone is dead....Had to call the bank to get my money back.....A REAL RIPOFF!!! UPDATE: Turns out they are legitimate, so I upgraded them to 2 stars. They did contact me close to a month after I complained but I did not see the e-mail as they used a different e-mail than the order notification came from making this more confusing to communicate with them. Likely they're an okay business to deal with for walk in but online they definitely need some help. In my book it's still inexcusable to bill a custom and not ship for a month with NO updates sent to the customer. UPDATE: They reached out to me and are actually very nice. I think they just are a little loose about control. Upgraded back to 5 stars.
