I've had increasing hip pain problems…
I've had increasing hip pain problems that I thought stemmed from sitting at a desk and on a plane too much. After working with a coach, I identified the culprit: pelvic floor dysfunction; anterior pelvic tilt. While it does take a commitment to retrain your body, especially if you've been using poor mechanics for years, I was actually surprised how in the first few days Caroline already had me operating with a whole new body awareness from breathing patterns to pressure. Plus, there's a perk I didn't know I needed: you can earn $ for referrals--funny, because I was already enlisting my BFF for free. We're fixing our lives over here.
