I am just sick! Sick that I can't get help with this awful company!!!! Trying to deposit money in my brother trust fund. Declined & then locked put for they say 24 hours to q0 DAYS. They can't tell you why it's declined. It's not on my end!! Can't tell me how long the account is locked up. This company is HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE. They don't CARE!!

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I am disgusted!! Just because these people are incarcerated doesnt mean they should not be able to get in touch with their families. Shame on you!!!

Really ? You guys simply suck at delivering a service but great at giving kick backs to the corrupt captors and politicians. Endless tricks and scams to legally steal while you incarcerate others for doing the same . Hypocrisy beyond words . Do not use this service . Take the time and go through the hassle of physically depositing money for your loved one . Further , never ever place you and your family in a position where they are subjected to this company and its practice - period . Be Good !

I just tried to put money in my son's trust fund. I have no idea if it went through or not. I have had many problems with this program and it is very annoying. I think this site really don't care if it works or not. I wish the department of corrections would switch to something that actually works.

They are no help with refunds or if their system causes an error. There was a data breach but they never notified me i only found out after the deadline for litigation. I imagine another lawsuit will arise and im looking out for it. I would advise using their services if you can. Pressure your local politicians to crack down on these jail services that not only rip people off but do not comply with data protection laws.

Gtl ( Viapath) took over from Jpay last year and since I have had nothing but problems. I can't send photos with my niece to one facility but can to another There is no hard and fast rule, they blame the mail room the mail room blame them. It's very frustrating and when the photos get denied you never get a refund The service is glitchy, the sooner they go bankrupt the better

First off your automatize system, blocked me out frrom depositing money to my sister account for 10 days at A time. You guys shouldn't extend A service you can't fore fill. I wouldn't be giving 1 star for poor customer service. Someone needs y'all contract. I ask to escalate my problem and was told, there isn't nothing I can do but wait are drive to Galveston Tx. to make A deposit

Horrible Customer Service, No Skills on dealing with the public at all! They lack integrity very unprofessional,the supervisor's attitudes are worse than the Customer Service agents. I see why the agents act in such a way, just look at the leadership. Attitude reflects leadership and it shows. We should all come together to file another Class Action Lawsuit. We spend our money with this company and they're allowing this Unethical Behavior. They feel because they're a company that is providing services for inmates that this behavior is okay. Well it's not. Our loved ones deserves better, they still have rights and so do we. Ceasar Attitude is bad, I can't believe he's a supervisor ID# 1312466 and Ben isn't any better ID# 1314038 this is absolutely ridiculous. This company declined my card and had the audacity to tell me because I tried to use the card multiple times and they declined it, that I'm not able to send money to my loved one for 9 days. How absurd is that? I'll be looking into further complaints and we need to write to every facility they provide Service to and complaint. They need to remove them.
