I've ordered successfully a few times in the past. Always with success. Good experience; good price. But then it's not about how you handle things when they go well; it's about how you handle mistakes and problems. I ordered again recently and NEVER received the package. Contacted them about it. Their "Contact us" email doesn't work. Called and left a voicemail. No reply. Contacted via Paypal and finally they replied. All they said was that the tracking number shows "delivered," so it's not their problem. This is true - the tracking shows "delivered"... but it was never delivered! Worse yet, Paypal didn't care, either. Gave the same crap answer. Beware. If the stuff arrives, great. But if there's a problem, their customer service doesn't care.

Ordered product in early January and still have not received shipment or confirmation although my card was charged. No response to multiple customer service requests. I think they are going out of business.

Placed order #68552 on 1/3/2011. Received product shipment notification via email on 1/7/2011. It's 1/23 and I still have not received anything. Sent emails, called and left messages, but got no reponse. Got answering machine all the time I called. Very bad customer service.

order on 2 0ct 2010. should be avilbale with in 3 to 6 days. now today nov.4 2010 . not delivery. 3 to 4 e-mail. very slow respond. always answering machine. only promise. (not delivery.)
