AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I worked with Jake for my 1st time. I had looked at other companys and came to the conclusion that Concord advance was by far the most competitive out there. Jake was a real pleasure to deal with and walked me through every step and I was funded the EXACT SAME DAY that I applied. I highly recommend them and will do business with them again.

GREAT company, fast turntime and they only charge a fraction of what the "other guys" charge. Our closing was pushed back a few days, and even though they called me about every day until it closed, i was extremely pleased w the service. Top notch professionals!

Very quick with replies and professional to deal with. I have used them twice now and if in future I need to do commission advance again, this will be the company I use.
