The management lies to you regarding salary increases and promotions. Would not recommend.

My experience at Concentrix was extremely disappointing. The company’s medical support in case of emergencies is inadequate. Supervisors lack basic first aid and security training, which is concerning for employee safety. Additionally, HR made unauthorized changes to contracts, using employees' e-signatures without proper consent to switch to short-term contracts. This raises serious ethical concerns about how they handle employment agreements. There also appears to be a lack of job security, with people being let go without clear reasons. The overall work environment was challenging, particularly due to the unprofessional conduct of the project manager, who regularly overstepped his role and handled matters that should have been assigned to other team members. His communication style with management was often inappropriate and disrespectful. Finally, the goodbye mail sent to employees was not sent in a timely manner, missing legal deadlines, which added to the overall disorganization. I would not recommend this company due to these ongoing issues.

Concentrix/Webhelp - eine Firma denen die Kunden und deren Zufriedenheit wichtiger sind als die der eigenen Mitarbeiter. Traurig aber wahr. Ein Stern ist da noch zu viel. Ich bin auch eine der knapp 300 Mitarbeiter, die zum 30.11.2024 betriebsbedingt gekündigt wurde, da der H&M Kundenservice ins Billiglohnland Kosovo verlegt wird. Wir sind nämlich zu teuer. Im März 2024 wurde uns bei der Betriebsversammlung noch gesagt, wie sehr man uns Mitarbeiter und unsere Arbeit doch wertschätzt und das eine weitere Zusammenarbeit angestrebt wird. Nur einen Monat danach erhielten wie dann in einer Rundmail des Center-Managers die Nachricht von der Schließung. Was die Falschheit dieser Firma zeigt. Als ob nichts gewesen wäre wird jedoch noch immer auf den "Zahlen rumgeritten", wenn diese nicht gut genug sind. Wir sollen uns doch bitte bemühen, den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Und das schnellst möglich. Wie es uns Mitarbeitern geht, zählt nicht. Wie gesagt bei Concentrix/Webhelp steht ausschließlich der Kunde im Mittelpunkt. Selbst gegen eine Abfindung sträubt sich dieser "tolle" Arbeitgeber mit Händen und Füßen. Also Finger weg von diesem Verein.

Concentrix did no contact me for any process, and immediately sent me an email that I did not pass without an interview.

We live in sad times! This company continuously posts jobs on various job boards and they bombard candidates with ridiculous "assessments" and direct behavioural questions relating only the length of your last three jobs. If having a seasoned sales person in your office who is punctual, honest and puts forth their best effort on behalf of clients is not your cup of tea Concentrix recruiters, perhaps YOU should be working elsewhere.

So the dragged me across the Europe promising this amazing opportunity on Adidas project in Athens, relocation package- 4 weeks paid Airbnb, up 300 euro reimbursement for flight tickets… started on the 26/07/2024 ended on the 8/08/2024 with €0 from them (first payment was supposed to be on the 4th working day of the month). Demanding that I come to the office when they didn’t pay me so how am I supposed to pay travel expenses to there? And my contract specified that they were covering expenses for travel to the office for training purposes. Now they are claiming that misconduct was on my end hence why termination but also no one addressed the payment issue and they continue to ignore all communication. They helped obtaining documents in Greece but getting those documents from them was completely different story and for example without tax identification you cannot rent a property in Greece. They put me through hell and unfortunately Greece labour laws are so primitive that they allowed employers to do those things to people. It is disgusting. In the meantime, the trainer - Joanna Golec - behaviour, actions and conduct during training sessions… lack of integrity and respect, along with the false information that she disseminated about me to other trainees, is deeply troubling. Her actions have demonstrated a significant lack of trustworthiness and moral compass, which is far from the values that Adidas stands for but clearly this whole place is like that. Rude, unprofessional, lacking knowledge, common sense, empathy, and understanding English seems troubling for most of HR staff and also that ill-mannered trainer. I have seen people taking pictures of the screen with clients information which is alarming. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I cannot understand why Adidas would trust them with their customers…
