The management of this company is super toxic and manipulative, and they lie so much that they should apply for the Oscar's. This company rather covers criminals/employees who do illegal activities than keep the good, loyal ones. They bully the good and hard-working employees out of the companies. In one project for a German bank, there was an employee who stole more than 40k€ from that bank. It was the bank itself who discovered this fraud and confronted Concentrix. Concentrix didn't fire this employee immediately after the interrogation with him but kept him long enough to even pay him his final salary. This bank even wanted him to be sued in Germany but Concentrix didn't hand him out to the authorities in Germany. This is not the first time that Concentrix was covering bad/malicious employees. There are cases where ex-employees were SA'ed in the women toilets in another project, employees were extremely sexually and/or physically harassed and were reported many times by employees from different departments. I really recommend you to look for a company that really stick to their own guidelines and policies. The management only support ppl who they really like and is best friends with them, regardless of their work performance or criminal record. They keep back the salary of sincere and hard-working employees even after being confronted with evidence and the labour law itself. Concentrix should shut down its location in Portugal due to the high rates of nepotism, corruption, bullying and racism. The working culture here in PT is very poor and low which results in narcissistic, macho and manipulative way of managinthe employees and companies. The KPI's and numbers look great because the managers here in PT always find a way to cheat and to fake the numbers. Me and many co-workers, including employees from quality and training departments, tried to report many (criminal) cases to the higher management. Unfortunately they cover up the perpetrators and solidify with them rather than to initiate a neutral investigation and interrogation and punish the good employees for reporting the bad ppl within the company by putting them on internal disciplinary process, deduct their salaries or reseat them on different seats on a daily base. Bosses and managers in Germany have a higher and better work mind setthanthe ones in Portugal. In Germany when an employee is reported multiple times from different ppl, he will be warned 3 times. If he stil breach the guidelines and the policies or still committing fraud etc. He'll immediately get fired without any payment. In Concentrix Portugal you only will be promoted for higher positions when you're best friends with the managers regardless of their performance.

Arbeitegeber Ghosted nach schriftlicher zusage und nachdem ich den vertrag bereits bekommen hatte.... Seit mitte august war ich mit concentrix im gespräch. anfang sept. kam die zusage und kurz darauf auch der vertrag. Ich habe diesen, übrigens wahnsinnig schlecht gemachten vertrag, genaustens durchgelesen, und dann am ende unterschrieben zurückgesendet. Die unterschrifft von concentrix war noch nicht auf dem vertrag, aber ich war guter dinge und hatte angenommen ich würde zum genannten datum einen neuen job beginnen. 28.10.2024 sollte ich dort anfangen.....aber concentrix hat sich nie wieder gemeldet! Seit ende sept. ist der von mir unterschriebene vertrag bei concentrix, und ich habe seitdem nie wieder von ihnen gehört. ich hatte sogar vor knapp einer woche eine mail mit bitte um bestätigung gesendet, aber keine antwort....jetzt wo ich druck mache, und mich in verschiedenen abteilungen gemeldet hatte, kam heute eine meldung, das concentrix angeblich letzte woche versucht hätte mich zu erreichen.- allerdings kann ich anhand meines postfaches beweisen das ich die einzige person bin und war die sich letzte woche versucht hatte zu melden. wenn concentrix sich wirklich hätte melden wollen, hätten sie doch anrufen können. schlieslich hat so ja auch die erste kontaktaufnahme geklappt...per telefon. fazit: Ich wurde noch nie in meinem leben fast zwei monate in einen bewerbungsprozess gezogen, der am ende ins nichts läuft weil der potentielle arbeitgeber lust hat zu ghosten. ich finde das einfach nur krank. ps: Bei Concentrix arbeiten übrigens auch leute die daten anderer mitarbeiter und bewerber für persöhnliche zwecke missbrauchen. So hat zb. eine person die bei concentrix arbeitet mich auf einer datingplattform gesehn und mich auf die arbeit bei concentrix angesprochen. diese person hatte kein bild und weigerte sich seine identität preiszugeben obwohl er offensichtlich zugriff auf meine daten hatte und einiges über mich wusste....wisst ihr wie krass das ist wenn jemand fremdes online und ohne bild einen anschreibt und solche details rausballert???? ich bin kurz davor zur polizei zu gehn....

It genuinely feels that as a business Concentrix have not only failed to deliver the service as agreed, but it also feels fraudulent due to how poorly the campaigns have been set up - followed by a proper kick in the teeth where their management team don’t even have the integrity to respond.

Incapable d'accueillir honorablement une personne en situation de handicap ! RH non formé à cette particularité, idem les formateurs. Je suis prêt à faire intervenir un avocat sur mon affaire. De plus, ils se font passer pour BNP PARIBAS.Mais BNP nie toute implication. QUI sont les fraudeurs ou menteurs? Société à éviter absolument sauf si vous voulez vendre votre âme au diable 😈 !

Let me give you my scenarios of experience working with webhelp. 1. I was working on a weekend, it's fine but then I was the only tier 2 advisor left on the job I had to leave at 18, one of the managers called me directly while working and asked. Can you work until 20? I said no because my family was coming over and I had to make food. He said, no can do. He degraded me for not willing to work overtime. 2. There is notoriously lots of gossiping from one to another. I have heard so much about people giving sexual pleasure to get promoted. While they couldn't even do their job right. 3. Lots of them were doing their job badly. I have worked over year in the company and I have seen how bad of a job people were doing in the call log. Even saying bad things about the customers without any help, even if they were elderly people. 4. Working for themselves and not for the customers. The guideline were using max 5-10 min on each customers and if it's over you will be reduced. 5-10 min wasn't even enough to service any bigger issue for the customers. Find the issue then send them an email. That's what I was told. Even if the customer cant do it themselves. 5. Tier 2 are working tirelessly while tier 1 has 30+ pause after each calls. I was taking minimum of 10 calls in an hour while the new recruits had 1-2 calls. The different in salary was 300 euro. There were maximum of 10 tier 2 and 50 tier one and half of the tier one hasn't even received a single call thought half of the day. 6. Nobody who actually works with integrity were promoted. You can try as hard as possible to get promoted but you will never, if you work as you should of course. The people who got promoted are the ass kissers and the d*ck suckers who always slime up to the TM of DM. Lastly I have my friend who still worked there. He said everything is still the same. Bad management and discrimination. I'm doing this for him since I'm already out of the shackles.

Istället verkar företagets högsta prioritet vara att fokusera på statistik och siffror, utan hänsyn till den mänskliga faktorn eller kvaliteten på de tjänster de levererar. Vill också tillägga att det är mycket beklagligt att SJ har valt att anlita Comcentrix+Webhelp för att hantera deras kundservice. Med tanke på de stora brister som företaget uppvisar i hanteringen av både sin personal och verksamhet i stort, framstår detta beslut som tveksamt. Det är svårt att förstå hur ett företag med så omfattande problem kan ansvara för något så viktigt som SJ:s Kundservice, där både kompetens och professionalism borde vara avgörande faktorer. Kärlek och uppskattning går till alla fina medarbetare inom SJ:s kundservice som tvingas stå ut med dessa svåra förhållanden. Ni förtjänar bättre, och det är tydligt att den arbetsbelastning och stress ni tvingas hantera är långt ifrån rättvis eller hållbar.

Bonjour J’aurais apprécié qu’il fut question de code de bonne conduite pour l’accueil des personnes en situation de handicap plutôt que de loi. J’ai sollicité les personnes formatrices au premier jour puis de façon répétée chaque jour. Au bout d’une semaine rien n’avait bougé. Résultats autres que la réclamation, de la part du service RH, de la somme de 700€ pour la formation. (si ça pouvait financer leur formation à l’intégration des handicapés, je pourrais comprendre mais, est-ce à moi de supporter la charge ?🧐) 1- sollicitation de Chris Caldwell pour connaître son opinion et arbitrage; 2- aide d’un avocat portugais; 3- communication via les réseaux sociaux. L’erreur est humaine et la justesse également. Conclusion : Il faut toujours savoir, connaître et comprendre qui est son interlocuteur afin d’instaurer un dialogue respectueux. De mon côté je ne lâcherai rien, même sous la menace. Que ça se sache.

Vad ska man säga om ett vinstdrivande företag…… dom kommer få sitt företag i dålig dager i Spanien där dom lurar spanska staten på många Eur och behandlar oss utlänningar Som slavar ljuger om anställda som blir uppsagda på väldigt konstiga grunder och väldigt hemska lögner med som tex drabbar den stackare som tex pekas ut som sexförbrytare på whebhelp. Sen använder dem 2 kontrakt och ett engelskt och ett spanskt står helt olika på det . Det finns väldigt mycket bevis dom. Ska stå och förklara i rätten och var alla avgångsvederlag tar vägen det går rätt mer deras fickor. Det förtaget ska ut från Spanien som har förtärt många liv och hela Webhelp med och sedan snor stackare pengar som han har spanska kontraktet ,rätt av då utbetalt från som tarv pengarna från Staten sen fyller sina fickor med våra lagliga pengar som ingår Idendinido kontrakt.. Dom har gjort så många misstag hör i Malaga så Malaga Hoy har börjat mysta det med kunderna börjar välja andra callcenters på grund av vad som händer i Malaga säker i alla länder som är juristerna nästan slås om att bli din advokat när dom ser alla bevis som läggs fram och deras kontrakt det kommer bli ett hårt slag för Dom i domstolen pinsamt/. Så jag ber alla som har känts utnjutjadb eller vet någon som man kanske inte skulle hört lägg det hör jag kommer personligen uppdatera er varje veckan. Tillsammans blir vi stare hela deras företag ska ut på alla sociala medier hur det sköts. Det kommer börja i Malaga Hoy SCAMBOLAG hoppas dom får FÄNGELSE men det kommer bli höga böter som jag inte tror dom överlever
