Concentrix + Webhelp is the most toxic environment I've ever worked by... This company should literally change there slogan from "Powering a world that works. Let's Connect" to "We use people to get what we want and fire them if we don't like them"... Concentrix also promotes growth constantly, but you will never grow with concentrix, I promise you everything that comes out of management that works for concentrix is a lie, with the Team Leaders and Operations Managers. I worked at concentrix for a whole year and they literally done me bad, these people gave me warnings on top of warnings and they don't give you coaching, they force you to sign your coachings and also what they is give you Hearing and lie in the hearing to say they have done it and you cannot say anything because you signed it off. There is a Team Leader Atheelah Cosyn who is one of the worst Team Leaders there, this one guy I met there she literally got him fired (Poor guy) when all he did was try to help customers and the stores never contacted the customers back, he put on his case notes he "was disappointed to work with the store manager because they didn't contact the customer" and apparently that warrants a warning apparently, he even told me that she never gave him coaching and when she did its because Operations forced her to do so, he also said that she doesn't have Leadership skills and has no idea how she became a team leader there, she only gave him 1 or 2 coachings and in his DE hearing she literally lied about the coaching's she done with him and he was so confused, he also said no one told him he can get people solutions to help him and they were just all against him, he also said that this one Team Leader new on the Halfords campaign that he thought he was a nice guy and very helpful but after the hearing that guy was literally two faced with him as if he did something to that team leader. Poor guy he has a bad name now and cannot get a job because Concentrix ruined his life. His been struggling everyday since he got the dismissal on his name and companies aren't accepting his application even when he passes there assessments and interviews. Apparently concentrix is a company that takes the most toxic of people for team leaders, people who has no leadership skills and pretends they are leaders. I've heard from multiple sources how toxic Halfords is and how bad it is to work for Concentrix + Webhelp, I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this place they should literally close this company down, they treat there employees like dirt after they work a full year there, and there is constant pay queries... This company will put so much stress on you that you will feel like committing suicide, So anyone reading this review please keep this in mind how badly you will be treated at concentrix + webhelp. I've worked there a year and was by 3 campaigns. I promise you its not even worthwhile applying at this place. The workplace environment very, very toxic. The management is one of the worst people to work with, and they pay you so little as well you will always have pay queries. There is nothing enjoyable about concentrix at all. Only thing I learned from Concentrix is that you can never trust anyone when you are in the workplace, also they constantly favoring certain people and those they favor, gets into positions they don't deserve and become TL, Trainers and QA quickly within 6 months, everyone else they will just look pass and treat them like constant dirt or worse actually. So please rather apply elsewhere if you value yourself and your life, because Concentrix + Webhelp won't get you anywhere in this life ______________________________________________ A typical day at concentrix... You come into work log in and then toxic Team Leader will constantly be on your case... Your daily schedule constantly changes like you change your underwear, one day you will work 1pm-10pm then next you will suddenly work a 9-6 shift, the way concentrix plans there schedules is one of the worst, you work long hours and there is constantly stress piling up on you, They also don't approve the Annual Leave when you apply and you constantly have to fight for your Annual leave, also if you take family responsibility then they make it Unpaid Family Responsible even though you are supposedly allowed 3 each year. They always coming up with excuses to block people and they constantly want you to work as a slave at Concentrix + Webhelp Only thing I have learned at concentrix is that Team Leaders and management is very toxic, they take people who doesn't even deserve to be in the team leader position and doesn't have leadership skills. Management at concentrix is very toxic, you will say you want to be in a team leader position and try to work your way up but then they keep you on one spot as an agent because they don't don't like you

The promise you a lot but never kept their promises. They work with Workwide but everything is one big scam. After again millions of tests I didn't pass the tests. They know already within 30 minutes that you are not the right man for the job.

CONCENTRIX WEBHELP Vitré : entreprise toxique, licenciement abusif, RH inhumains, managers incompétents qui ne pensent qu'à leur gueule. Aucun avantage, une entreprise de rats et de radins qui passent leur temps à te fliquer. Même tes droits les plus fondamentaux, ils essaient d’empiéter dessus. Le niveau de médiocrité est imbattable — c’est bien la seule chose dans laquelle ils excellent. J’ai même honte de mettre le nom de cette boîte sur mon CV.

I started interviewing with Concentrix and they presented it as the best place to work, they disclosed from interview process the "training/compensation" fee that if you want to quit the job before your contract ends, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY them for their time - I asked in the interview if there was anything else, they said NO. ( useful tip: record your interviews, not just for your own training, but you never know what they would lie about). Lies they told: 1. Schedule and work shifts - I was suppose to work 8-5 from Monday to Friday, i even got that in writing in an email, yet in the contract they gave me to sign, they stated that they can change my schedule and work sifts and including the project I was on at any time. Even after i asked if it was possible for them to do so and in the interview, they confirmed it wasn't, if i would have signed the contract i would not have been given any choice. 2. Trial Period Payment - The contract and the law states that i should not be paying them anything while leaving within the trial period, i even checked with a legal counsel and also with the work authorities and they confirmed such. In the onboarding meeting HR made it very clear that i would have to pay. They are misinterpreting their own contract or trying to pressure employees into paying without legal grounds. To make the story short, i refused to sign anything, i returned the equipment just like they send it back, only difference was that i followed their instruction to set it up and surprise, surprice!!! THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL THAT something was "FAULTY" and I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT! and i was whaaaat? :)) Now the fun part starts, i have already send 2 email explaining why i will not be paying and requesting any legal document i might have signed to details as to where I was informed about prices and obligations to pay - they have stopped all communication with me, no surprise there since all the reviews i read show their lack of professionalism. Legally they have no way to force me, but i guess we will have to see where this goes. I am leaving this here in case there are other people facing the same issue, as i have been researching and couldn;t find similar cases like mine. So if they are trying to force you to pay without even signing a legal document, do not worry or stress, you're safe from this company and it;s harassments. FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING TO GIVE THIS COMPANY A TRY, even out of desperation, please try to find anything else - THIS COMPANY IS VINDICTIVE and will TRY to break you down and harass you by any means! I am honestly surprise how they are still operating. Good luck to everyone and avoid Concentrix as much as possible

Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'être un de leurs employés mais les dysfonctionnements sont présents des la sélection. Malgré la confirmation de mon entretien, je n'ai finalement eu aucun échange après avoir attendu 40 min. Aucune information sur un retard ou une annulation m'a été transmise ni avant ni pendant ni après. L'agence n'a, elle non plus pas eu de retour sur cette situation qui ne correspond pas aux valeurs prônées.

La pire société qui existe au Portugal et l'état ne fais rien avec tout les problèmes qu'ils ont pu avoir avec les salariés de cette société, la RH qui traite les salariés pour des moins que rien....mais pour ma part en tout cas au vue de mon expérience je compte bien les attaquer au tribunal et les signaler L'ACT. Si je peux vous donner un conseil réfléchissez bien avant de postulé car signé avec eux c'est comme signé un pacte avec le diable.

This company is a disaster they sent me about 4 time the same job offer because of wrong date on it, then they hired me with a 6 month contract but terminated me after 10 days accusing me of things I never did, i was always on time, no absence ,all assestement passed. The office smell of smoke and the trainer was always late.
