Are order was placed on a Sunday and not processed until a week and a half, until I chatted with someone on the website. Took two weeks to get. I like amazon better, wish they can sell more to them for them to ship.

It took wayyyyy too much hassle to only get HALF of my order. No one reach out to me. It was so hard just trying to find the help desk information. I ordered over a month ago and still have not receive my other items.

I ordered this product 2 months ago and I am just about to receive it. Their customer service is the worst. I reached out to them 3 separate times via chat (they don’t have a customer service phone- shocking!) and got the exact SAME response each time. The last time I asked to cancel my order, I moved out of my house when I ordered the item but am no longer there. So I asked to cancel the order since they told me I cannot change the delivery address. They told me they cannot cancel the order, cannot change the delivery address... so what am I to do? The chat representative eventually ignored me & stopped responding and closed the chat on me. Not a good experience.

My items took 2 months to get here and when they did arrive my lubricant was all smashed so horrible and no point reaching out to customer service because they won’t do anything about it

They took over a month to have the pills shipped and delivered. At one point I thought they wouldn’t send me anything at all. I understand due to the current situations that it took longer then usual but this was a bit ridiculous. Other packages arrive less then a month. If they are on high demand they should make the consumers know how long it’s really taking so they can be aware of the long wait and they should keep them updated on their orders instead of us having to contact you every time.
