Do not order this product, it took two months to send it to me and apart from that I did not receive it indicating that it was already delivered and I did not receive anything I contacted them and they told me to deal with the postal mail they are trash

Purchased on 5/31. No mention of any delays or anything on website... showed in stock. I asked about shipping on FB multiple times-they delete any comments or questions. I contact via FB messenger on 6/28-6/29... I get several diff answers/lies about shipping. Then they block me from contacting anymore after I called them out for lying. On 6/29 I filed BBB complaint. My order was finally shipped on 7/1. I posted this review on 7/8-they reported it, called my phone with a Brussels Belgium phone number(their headquarters), and even got a text claiming my review had no merit. I have proof.I have proof of everything. Very unreliable company and they harass you if you don’t give a review they like.

So I've been waiting OVER TWO MONTHS for an order I placed to come in. Still nothing. They sent me a $20 voucher for my next order. Sure, why not. I literally had to REorder one of the things I ordered in my original order that STILL hasnt been delivered with the voucher just so I can have SOMETHING to help us conceive... so more or less, I'm pretty much out of $150 right now from my order placed may 15tg that's nowhere to be seen.... wanted a refund and nobody would allow that even though my order isnt even packaged to be shipped. They come SEALED so...why not just refund me? Will not be ordering again

I ordered in the middle of April and just received my package. Not sure how the product itself works because I just got it and haven’t tried it out yet. I’m excited for that part, but if you order it expect 2 months delivery.
