Shipping took way longer than stated. I no longer wanted the product and customer service refused to refund me even before it shipped. Now I have this package I paid for and wont even use. Worst $60 spent

This just takes long to be shipped and it is hard tonget help from your support. I also asked why the discount given to me wasnt added when i tried to add it and i was told thet cant touch the order i also said can i uust go ahead and cancel inwas told they cant. I asked to when my order will be shipped they said soon but i cant give u exact date. And i said i dont want it naymore inwant to be refunded and i will send it back once i receive it. Its again I cant. Now what the heck can you all do????

Shipping took months and I contacted customer service numerous times and they would not offer a refund when I found a replacement on amazon that would ship in two days so I was held hostage in the transactions with no options but to wait and customer service offered no good will offers or anything.
