When I placed my order, I paid extra for expedited shipping. My order was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. 7 days after my purchase, I notified them asking where my order was. They told me the item was unavailable and could not even give me an estimated time frame for when it would be available to ship. I then, almost immediately, recieved a shipping confirmation email. No tracking number. Waited 2 days. Contacted them for a tracking number, they told me items are still unavailable and that my order has NOT shipped. Long story short, received my order over 3 1/2 weeks later. Only reason I am giving two stars instead of one, is because they responded to every single message I sent. They were not very helpful at all, but at least they responded.

I received my conceive plus but not the applicators , we tried did not get pregnant not to mention it took forever to receive & my pills were not in package very disappointing 😔

I ode red package a month ago and it’s still not here. I am moving in a few days I really hope I don’t miss the package. :(

I made an order September 26th and it is October 17th and i still have not recieved my package. I also paid for fast shipping and asked if i could be refunded the extra i paid and I was told that i would be, but never recieved the refund. And I have been sending messages to them to only recieve a message stating that they were in high demand and was low in stock and my package will arrive soon, just to wait another week and go through the same process with them again and again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is bc they do reapond fairly. Response to a message is good, but doing the job and getting the order sent out is better.
