Products are great, the lubricant is silky and probably the best we've ever used rivaling all others (including the infamous His and Her lube). BUT it was super slow getting shipped out, I understand that COVID-19 played a major factor in it, but communication from the start was slow from customer support.

The timing was really horrible I had other packages delivered on time but your delivery was way worst but over all am at least happy I finally got this product

Because it took the longest to receive one product that I ordered first and I still don’t have it

I just didn't like that things were shipped separately. And I understand covid-19 but I also had other orders to come from China that came wayyy faster then you guys products..when trying to conceive it's important to have all of our things at one time!!

I ordered the complete package with the supplements men and women, along with the lubricant and they only send me the men’s vitamins and lubricants and left out the women’s supplements. I had to go back and pay for the women’s supplements seperately and when I order they sent me 2. Other than that I have not yet started because of their mess up and shipping error. I was supposed to get it I’m 1-3 days and end up waiting 3 weeks also
