Took over 3 weeks to receive product even though I paid for 3day shipping.

Never received my order. I ordered this product over a month ago. I emailed asking where my order was and typically would only receive shipping notifications but then my order would never arrive. When I would try to track my order, it could never be tracked. I'm not sure what's going on but this has not been a pleasant experience

It took 6 weeks after order to get a shipment confirmation. Still haven’t received my order yet. I tried canceling and getting a refund but they won’t because they said the order was already “processed” quite disappointed because I needed this product to try to convince. They kept saying due to high demand, it’s taking longer than expected. Wish I saw that before I submitted payment. Would not order again

My order did not ship for almost 3 and a half weeks after ordering. I spoke to three different customer service reps and each one told me you order will ship very soon but it did not ship. I asked for a refund they said no I had to wait they do not refund or do exchanges. Just not a great experience overall.

I havent received my order. I was offered expedited shipping and then given an excuse due to high demand and Covid-19. That's not how you respond to a consumer and give excuses. As a producer, you should make the customer happy.
