Called tonight for help and got a silent line after the initial press one for English. Called again and same thing.

My experience with ComPsych has been horrible
My experience with ComPsych has been horrible. You finally get up the courage to call for some assistance and their process is horrible. So difficult to find a therapist and when you do find a therapist, they have no clue if they are taking new patients or not. Terrible customer service and everything takes way too long. I guess they save money by not helping people. I have talked to about 10 people so far and they are creating more issues than I am seeking assistance for. No support or management to help in any way either. Everything has been horrible.

No help for racial issues
When I asked a compsych rep for a referral to a therapist with experience in racial trauma, she said it doesn't exist and referred me to a white therapist who expressed racial bias and promptly terminated the therapeutic relationship within one session. It caused months of self doubt and lost productivity.
