Awful customer service!

I purchased 2 pair Activa brand thigh high stockings as follows: H3202 Activa Graduated Therapy unisex thigh highs uni-band top 20-30 mmhg Options: Size & Color: Medium Beige - H3202 2 $31.25 $62.50 which shipped to me 12/31/2015. They were packaged separately in clear plastic and sent in a plastic mailer. I wore one pair and was not happy with the top band...I like Jobst brand better, so I contacted Compressionsale.com about returning the pair I had not worn, or even opened. I just wanted store credit so I could purcase another pair of Jobst brand. Today I got my return package back! It had been refused, even though they had opened it and read the email exchanges I had enclosed with their permission to return the unopened pair of stockings. I just got off the phone with Compressionsale.com customer service who said my package was refused because I had not returned the original box...but the original package was not a box! It was a plastic mailer with cellophane packs inside! The cellophane package I returned had not been opened, but still cannot be returned. I do really like the Jobst brand, but am thoroughly dismayed by rude, and unreasonable conduct displayed by the customer service representative at Compressionsale.com

Poor service online... product box completely smashed and torn for only sent in a flimsy non supportive bag.

Returned items for exchange. Have correct sizing in writing that was asked for. They sent wrong size and refuse to do anything about it.

I purchased compression hose on 11/26 for use after a vein surgery on 12/10. The website clearly states that 99% of orders would ship the same day. My order did not ship until the 12/10, and I was NEVER notified that my order was back-ordered. When I tried to return the hose, in perfect, still sealed in the box condition, they refused to refund my money. I was only offered a store credit or exchange. When I called I was told that "Alex" was the only person who could authorize a refund, and he doesn't have a phone. I have initiated procedures through my credit card company to get my money back. The Credit Card company is confident of returning my money.
