I ordered hose on 3-2-2017. They shipped wrong item, said original item was not available, yet they confirmed my order. They said they were replacing 180c with 189c but shipped 180c. Never opened box and wanted to return. Very rude, would not even consider sending a return form, but instead insisted they would be charging a restock fee, and shipping would be my charge. They also do business as Miracle Medical Supply. I have filed a complaint with the AG office for Illinois but that process is slower. My advice, stay clear of this company

This company DOES NOT refund any money and their website is VERY misleading regarding refunds. Customer service is very rude and unhelpful.

My order arrived open and there were missing pairs of stockings. Customer service has been totally disrespectful to me and offered no replacement, even after sending photos of the damaged package. They told me to deal with my local past office to get the missing pairs, but I am disabled and don't drive. I'll just bet the post office has a shelf full of them to give me, right? . I WILL NOT BE BACK!

The sizing on the item I ordered was completely wrong so I requested a refund immediately. They would not give me one. They only allow store CREDIT - no returns. AND they deducted a "reshipping" fee from my credit even though I am paying for return shipping? Customer service could not explain - only repeated store policy to me. I will never use this company again EVER!

I was sent the incorrect item and not only did they not fix it they actually hung up on me. Never use this company if you want the product that you order or you feel it should be corrected in a professional manner.

The Short story to sum it up: They say they offer fast and free shipping, they do not. If your order is on backorder they do not tell you. They say they will Match prices, they will not. I asked them to give me a price adjustment for a product that I found cheaper and they said We cannot do that. They claim that they have fast and easy returns however when I inquired about returning a product they told me that they offer exchanges only and this had been there policy for a long time . They will not even cancel an order for you before they ship it. Do yourself a favor and check out rip off report and the Better Business Bureau. They have many complaints on rip off report and they have a rating of F at the Better Business Bureau. Thank you have a great day My full complaint: I placed my order 12/27. I called 1/3 to check on my order and I was told that it was back ordered by a week and therefore I would not be able to receive my package for two weeks. This upset me being as I needed my stockings immediately due to vein issues and an upcoming surgery, I asked the person if she can honor a faster shipping method due to the problem and she said no that it would be shipped out to me via the method that I chose. With the thought in mind that I wouldn't be receiving my package for another two weeks, which is after my surgery I went ahead and ordered from another website and purchased stockings from them for $10 cheaper and had them shipped expedited. I then called Compressionsale back , and asked to have my order canceled, at this time I was told my order cannot be canceled because it had already shipped and I asked how can that be possible, I was just told that it was on backorder. I asked her to at least honor a Price adjustment being that the company advertised a lowest price guarantee and I had found them cheaper elsewhere, which I ordered because of their error. She replied with I cannot do that. I asked her why can she not do that when it's clearly advertised "Low price guarantee" and "we'll beat any price." She claims that this cannot be honored with Juzo product. However the disclaimer is posted right above the juzo logo on my order confirmation. When I look back at the tracking information. I can see based on the timestamp that my order was not filled and shipped until after I spoke with all the customer service agents. Therefore I was misinformed that my order had already been shipped and I believe that they could have easily canceled my order and they should have because I requested it. 1/4 I called once more to ask about returns, because I have ordered from elsewhere that will get here sooner and began to ask if I would be responsible for any fees. The Girl, very rudely , immediately said she remembered me from the day before and told me that they do not accept returns but only exchanges and that this has been the policy for a long time. I told her that is not what it says on the website and she was very short with me. My experience has been horrible and I did not receive any of these advertised offers of "fast and free shipping" lowest price guarantee" or we'll best any price. Now they want to make my return complicated. During one of these calls I asked to speak to management and I was told I couldn't and the only way was to to email them. She provided me an incorrect email address for management. Luckily I payed with PayPal and I filed a report with them.

You sell-I buy - Price Good. Nuf said.

This is the worst online shopping site. I bought some compression socks to see if they were as good as some others I purchased from some brick and mortar stores (REI, Nike, etc.). The socks received from CompressionSale.com did not come close to the quality of these other retailers. My requests to return unopened items for a full refund were met with a response that these items were only eligible for exchange or credit. I repeatedly asked for a refund only to receive a response that they would only provide exchange or credit toward future purchase. Obviously once this company gets your money they will not give it back even for unopened items. The person I spoke with on their phone line could not care about this issue and suggested I continue to write to the customer service team. I continued to write to the customer service team who said their "return policy" did not allow for a refund. Count me as one of many many dissatisfied former customers of CompressionSale.com. Don't buy from them.
