I ordered stockings and was never told they were on back order until a week later and that’s after I asked they would not cancel my order they lie and are rude and apparently have no manager Let alone very little customer service!!

Your live chat is horrible. The operators are rude and short-tempered.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. The person actually hung up on me when I had questions. So rude. Contacted better business bureau. I will be purchasing elsewhere.

I have never dealt with another mail order company that was so difficult. I was sent more merchandise than I wanted. I was sent five pair of hose and only ordered two pairs. I attempted to explain this to a customer rep. by e-mail. The purchase had all ready been billed to my credit card. She gave me directions for returning the three extra pairs of hose. I was told I would I would not receive a refund, even though they were in their original package. To make this review short, I will say that I was charged $199 for an order and I ended up with only two pairs. They owe me $129.00. I found that their service was totally unacceptable. Buyers beware!!!

Very rude customer service. I ask for Tax I D number so I could file with my ins Was told they do not have one. When I said you have to have one , It is government required She then reluctantly gave it to me. Would not give me time to get my question out. So rude This girl should be addressed. Called back and the girl would not give me anyone to voice my complaint with. This is the second time I have encountered Sichuan rude service Do not know if I will shop here anymore Barbara
