Yes her name is Love and is a really helpful, friendly and caring service agent. Even if you have never worn compression stockings in the past. Love will go out of her way to ask you questions about your condition, and take the time to make sure you get the correct size. If you are new to compression stockings like I was when I first started. Here is what I would recommend to customers, if you are not sure about the correct compression stockings to order - do as I did and call, it will save you a lot of time. Even if you do not call try using the Live chat. Both are easy ways to get help. Secondly, make sure you look up the compression therapy guide, and sizing charts, which help a lot when placing an order. Sometimes that will even save you the trouble of calling in, because all the information is there at your fingertips on the website. I just read the review below and I have never had problems that were mentioned. And what the customer is stating below, I find to be completely false. I very rarely had to make an exchange and when I did try to do an exchange, this company responded right away. All I had to do was fill out the form online. I understand that everything was going to be done correctly and according to what I requested. This way the customer service knew what size I would like to exchange for, and everything was going to be completed. In the end I was a very satisfied customer.
