I ordered stockings 19 days back and there is no delivery, no reply to mails and no availability on phone.

If you want your money back on an order regardless if the items are in the original package and have never been worn then DO NOT ORDER from this company! They hold your money hostage even when you do not want to order any other items from their store!

2 OPERATORS WERE VERY RUDE, BECAME VERY LOUD, ALMOST SHOUTING, VERY AGGRESSIVE, AND BOTH HUNG UP IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION. HOPE YOU RECORDED THE CONVERSATION. SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO FIRE THESE PEOPLE AND GET SOME OTHER EMPLOYEES WHO ARE MORE COURTEOUS. I DON'T NEED OR APPROVE OF PEOPLE LIKE THAT. I WENT AHEAD AND DID PLACE AN ORDER, BUT IT WILL BE MY LAST FROM COMPRESSION SALES. YA'LL HAVE A NICE DAY!

Discount coupon is always "expired". On my previous order of $65.00 a freight was charged $15.00. It was supposed to be free shipping.It is difficult to get your questions answered. Very poor customer service.

You show me FREE DELIVERY then charge me $19.95. I didn't even get asked if i accept delivery charge. I want my delivery fee refunded. " WARNING TO OTHER BUYERS"

Had this place recommended by a friend. It was a SERIOUS mistake!!! I accidentally ordered the wrong compression strength and put in for a return/exchange request. Stated I needed the exact same thing in a lighter compression strength. The reply I received was “So what do you want?” Um, really? I answered and finished my return. After over a week, I received an email that I had a store credit. Nothing about the exchange—and the credit was only for 25% if what I paid. I tried to follow up to confirm that an exchange was made and the credit was because the correct product does cost less. Instead I received another unprofessional reply (same person). As I was still in the process of figuring out was going on, the exchange made it to my door. EXCEPT, it was now the wrong size. So, I tried to cash in my credit and start the exchange process *again*. Keep in mind this is now around a month after my initial order. What did receives was *another* rude comment (still the same person) on how it was my mistake. No help in the exchange. No help in cashing in my credit. Not to mention I have it print that the only thing I requested was a change in Compression strength.

False advertising. They will not match any price lower than their own. They ought to remove that information. When you call to talk to them about it, they are extremely rude and dismissive.

You say you have these sales but the prices are always the same. It's false advertising.
