Do not order items from this store. They have one of the worst customer service teams period! I called their customer service team to follow up on items that they failed to notify me that were on back order and they still charged me for the items! I spoke to a female representative that was extremely rude and interrupted me repeatedly when I tried to ask questions about the order delay. After becoming extremely combative with me, I asked to speak to a manager or someone else and she told me that there was no one else I could speak to and to inquire by email for now on! She gave me this email address and then she hung up on me! They charged me this order and did not have the items in stock! This was my first time shopping on this website, and based off the information I had read, I thought that this was a professional company. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer service representatives or any online business. No one notified me about the order being delayed initially, or updated me about status changes. It is extremely unprofessional for customer service reps to speak to paying customers like trash and hang up on them without resolving the issue that prompted the call in the first place. As a result, I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because as of 10/14/2019, they still have not shipped the items they charged me for and has refused to refund my money. Do not do business with this company!

I have never had such incompetent Customer Service as I have now. I placed an order. I received my order and 2 pairs of Zigvaris were incorrect. I advised Customer Service. Told it was at my expense to send them back to receive the correct order. I live in Australia and so I am already out of pocket due to their packing mistake, not mine. They would have received my return for approximately 2 weeks when I still have not received my correct order or received an email. As it turns out, I have a store credit but nobody seems to understand English there. I am so frustrated with their Customer Service I asked for a refund to end the matter. No, you don't do refunds. I get asked agaIn, what is the correct items I wanted. I thought finally this will be finished. No. I now get another Return Authorization number and the whole spiel about returns all over starts agaIn when I have a store credit. I just want the correct sox that I initially ordered sent out to me. When that happens, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE from this business again.

Please read through the reviews,all is well until you have to do a return.I called customer service SEVERAL times was placed on hold for no one to come back to the phone,left msg no return call back.When I finally got to talk to someone ,rude and could of cared less.No personal communication service with this company.I did receive an email,but I'm one of those people that needs help when it comes to doing things on line. I decided it was not worth the head ache.I decided to order with another company!Guess what personal caring help,took less than ten minutes and received them with our issue!

I gave you my email in exchange for a coupon code which didn't work. I am a repeat customer and when I call in to ask about it I was told that there are some exclusions. That wasn't obvious when I gave you my information. The girl said "I can't help you anymore. There's nothing I can do." I am a repeat customer. If you offer a discount you should honor it.

I still need to return something. and you seem to make it impossible. easy order, impossible return. I may never order from you again

0 stars, worst costumers service. I order juzzo stokings and they send me another cheap brand instead without an explanation. I’ve called and the guy was very rude and told me they advertised juzzo but not available anymore that particular pair and they just send randomly a cheap pair. They will ship without original box just in a plastic bag and than have issues if you want to return because you don’t have original box. It’s been almost two months since I shipped the pair back filed a return as I was advised from them and still didn’t get a refund. I had to file a claim ( dispute) with paypal. I will Definitely not buy again from them.
