DO NOT BUY HERE - No Returns
I ordered two pairs of stockings for $50+. Despite their large Easy Returns and evening though the stockings were not opened they would not accept a return.

I am a breast Cancer survivor with…
I am a breast Cancer survivor with lymphadema. I ordered compression sleeve and glove almost two weeks ago. The package was never delivered but it states that it was in error by post office. I contacted customer service for help and they told me too bad we can’t help you because it says it was left in the mailbox. She said I just loose my money and sorry we can’t help you past that. So I remain swollen and out of $80 and this company stated that it is not there problem. Will never buy from this company again, not refer any of my fellow Breast Cancer Survivors.

Awful service
I had a problem with the delivery and they just told me to talk with the delivery company, I won’t buy anymore from this website, 100 times better to buy trough Amazon they have better customer service, with Amazon you’ll receive a new product and they’ll be in charge to see what happened with the delivery; you don’t have to be stressed sending emails to the delivery company.

Poor Customer Service
Well, I don't normally write a bad review about companies, but Compressionsale leaves me little option. I purchased 2 pairs of McDavid kneepads on 10/1, received them in a timely manner, but they were the wrong size. Keep in mind, the packages were never opened. I tried returning these items 2 weeks later and being told that I can not get a refund to my credit card. Only an exchange or store credit. Can't say I would shop here again with this very poor return policy. I might understand if the packaging was opened, but still sealed. Awful, awful, awful customer service.

Bait and switch
Coupon didn't work despite promise that it applied to all Jobst products. Bait and switch is still unethical
