Processing a return, its cost, and knowing it arrived and then getting my credit was difficult at best

Didn’t give me option to ship over night

Website stated free shipping on ALL ORDERS. Was charged for shipping after checkout even though check out said free shipping. When customer service was contacted, they said they only offer free shipping on orders of $39 or more and my order was $37.90. I sent screen shots and the website still says free shipping on All orders. They would not admit mistake, or refund my shipping. When I optioned to send back the unopened package, they would only honor an exchange but not a refund. This is a dishonest, small minded company. Very poor customer service. Will not use or recommend this company. Bad business.

I bought compression wraps onJanuary 13 from compression sale, received them on January 16. Sent them back January 27, well within the 14 day refund time period, right? They say “no, we didn’t receive them in the 14 day period! What! What kind of company is this? That’s 14 days. She says, “ sorry, a day too late”

OR LESS!!!!!!! NOT BAD.......TERRIBLE & DISHONEST!!!!!!! I have been in communication with Melissa Bright several times who you would think had some clout or authority or sense of fairness. She has none of these attributes and supports CompressionSale's misleading "refund" policies. Recently I sent her the definition of the word "refund" which is used several times in said policies, and it clearly states, "a repayment of a sum of money, typically to a dissatisfied customer." She replied with a smart aleck reply. No class. No sense of fair business practices. DON'T BUY HERE!!!! Travis Perkins is listed on their website as Customer Advocate. I wonder if he has a different opinion of CompressionSale's deceptive practices. In my case, my physician advised me NOT to wear any compression products after several months of care for my legs, and still they want me to EXCHANGE for more compression items. They just don't get it-----they just get your money and KEEP it!

This company is awful for customer service. Products are good. But please beware of their sneaky return policy. They do NOT give you a refund regardless if item has never been worn. Only in store credit. I’ve had to email this company 5 times to even get a reply. No one ever answers the phone. So you cannot change your mind once you purchase from them. And returns are not easy. Customer service is awful. And products are expensive, so know exactly what you want and your correct size. There is no going back once you purchase. They will give you the run around.

I ordered a compression sleeve for lymphadaemia after breast cancer but after placing order I realised it was a USA site in US dollars. I live in Australia. I canceled it straight away but was told they couldn’t cancel it because it had been processed. What a croc! Nothing is ordered or processed that quickly. Don’t bother with this company’s. No sympathy at all. I am stressed enough without having this crap.

I am not happy with my last order.....I only and always order large and you sent me TALL .....PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE LARGE..tHIS HAPPENED TWICE..........
