No delivery estimate during ordering
During ordering there was no estimate of delivery time. Free delivery is NOT good if it's going to take a month on medical products

Never Received a Refund
I ordered a back brace based on a picture on the website. I received a different product. When I inquired I was told the the brace I ordered was no longer available. I returned the brace I received but never received a refund or even an acknowledgement, even after I sent a follow-up inquiry.

Unhappy with $32for overnight and received socks 4 days later and no refund
I was just home from hospital a d ordered compression socks on a Saturday in order for me to get overnight delivery it cost the same amount as the socks $33. I did it as there was a need. Sunday came and went as did Monday no socks. I called customer service they explained if I order on Saturday the order does not get placed till Monday so I will have them Tuesday. I asked if they would refund me the express shipping $$. She would ask but not to expect it as they were closed the weekend. I said than your website should have stated they and not charged for overnight if it was going to be 4 days

Not all products have been delivered.
Terrible. I bought 2 items. I would like to change because of its small size. You sent me only 1 item. I was confused. I bought 2 more. Why not give me? It's been a month. The transition is very complicated. And it costs around $ 20 as well

I asked their customer service specific…
I asked their customer service specific questions about an item, and ordered it based on their answers. They were incorrect. My prompt return yielded about a 50% refund, explained as "their policy" regarding restocking, etc. They refused to acknowledge their error as the reason I ordered, and now I'm out the money. After multiple emails and phone calls I'm told they just can't help me. Pursuing this as a fraud claim through my credit card.

Avoid this site
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but they are lying when they say returns are easy. Returns are expensive, and my card was charged without authorization for new socks to be shipped. Customer service is a joke. Will shop elsewhere.
