You promised 10% off but then would not…
You promised 10% off but then would not accept the SOCK10 code at checkout. A bait and switch is not the best way to treat a new customer. I will remember this treatment when considering my future needs.

Your website does not perform very…
Your website does not perform very well--I put the product # (off the receipt in the package of compression stockings we ordered) so we could order more and I did not get the product! I had to search manufacturer...I did find it. Then you included in the receipt a coupon for 10% off our next order but there are so many exclusions that it was laughable! Nice try but "no cigar". Seems real close to false advertising and very disappointing.

My last order was crap
My last order was crap - some generic stockings sent in plain packets that almost immediately began to fall off my thighs. First time I have gotten crap from this site, so I am trying one more time.

Fake Juzo!!!
Fake Juzo!!! I have been used Juzo brand purchased from my doctors office probably 4-5 pair. Ordered from this site and this stocking is soo thick and uncomfortable. Don’t waste your time and money. I requested return but no respond back and ended up expensive uncomfortable one I would never use.

How disappointing this company is
How disappointing this company is. They must be running some kind of scam! Purchased a compression sock in large. Had to return it For an exchange only I was told because the size was incorrect. Now that the 2nd shipment is coming they had the nerve to charge an additional $9.95 shipping again!!!!!!! Your company is horrible, misleading information on your website & your customer service department is unfriendly. I haven’t received anything yet an I’m charged over $31 for an item that was only $18. I will spread the word about your company all over the internet about your over charging & how your website has false information! Disgusting company!

Tried to call to change order and was…
Tried to call to change order and was on hold for 30 minutes - finally left my name for CB and did not recieved CB. Got an e-mail to explain situation - still have not heard anything back

Disappointed
Very disappointed with customer service. Will NEVER use this company again. They changed my order without notifying me. Different brand ,style and size of knee brace. They expect me to cover shipping for their error. I don’t play that game.
