There was a code for 30% discount. It was not applied at check out. I could not verify if it was applied because no invoice came up to check. I get emails from them annoyingly daily but my confirmation email went to junk. Since it was holiday I could not call until the next day. After waiting 21 min on hold someone came one the line and said the computers were down and to call back in 2 hours then hung up. I couldn’t call back as I had to go to work. When I called today the rep said no discount applied and I must have done something wrong or there was a computer glitch and they could not do anything about it because the order had been processed. She also explained that there would not have been a 30% discount (as was advertised) because the item was already reduced. The discount would have been 10%. Either way she was not helpful. Giving 10% for a 30% discount code is bait and switch. Don’t offer 30% off unless that code will give the 30% off! False advertising.

What has happened to customer service for the consumer. I ordered 2 pair of compression socks I never received them, they were returned to the manufacturer. When I called to cancel my order for something we never received they charged me a 25% return fee. I suggest you do not deal with this company

I found this company online. I ordered an item that did not fit correctly, I measured by their size guide as well. I was not eligible for a refund, as I found an item I liked better somewhere else. I requested an exchange because that was one of my only choices besides a store credit. In the mean time they emailed me wanting my credit card info to ship out the exchange. I have never had to pay shipping for a return in my life. I gladly paid to have the item sent back and then had to pay to ship a replacement. I will never order from this company again.

I will never use Compressionsales.com again! The first time they sent me nylon compression knee-high stockings they were so small and nothing like I thought they would be. I’ve been ordering knee-high compression stockings for Lymphodema for years. I returned the first order that I purchased, but before they sent me back the next order they charged my credit card again saying they were only charging me for the Postal Service. Well, that was not the case! They charged me more than the $10.63 they said they were going to. They charged me over $40!! I had even inquired as to if the compression stockings were going to come in a plastic bag and in a blue box like all my other ones had and the woman I had spoke to you replied yes. Well that was not the case. There was no plastic bag and they came in an orange box. I feel this is a very deceitful company! Never again will I use them!

I bought a compression glove for a procedure I had done to my hand that day. I had the glove overnighted as I only needed to wear it for 24-48 hours. Cost was 32.95 which was almost the cost of the glove. I didn't receive it until three days later after 5pm! I called to say I no longer needed the glove. "Maria" told me it wasn't on them because it was shipped from manufacturer and there was a delay in shipping. I was told I would also have to pay to return the glove!!!! NOT Happy at all! Regular shipping would have been free! And I wouldn't have ordered from them had I know it wasn't guaranteed! No where in the order did it say this. You have to go read fine print and it still says shipping delivered. between 9-3pm. Bad customer service! Will order from Amazon next time!

I ordered taupe knee highs that are almost black, and toeless knee highs that have closed toes. Easy return? Nope. Unopened packages and either return or exchange. I guess I’m out $68.00 because I’ll never order anything from them again.

Only received half of my order. Called the CS line and was told the remainder was on back order. Have not been able to contact since then. I have been on hold for 40 plus minutes and have left a message, sent an email etc. etc. Mo response by the company. Will be filing a dispute on the charge through VIS

Do not order from this website. I have received absolutely terrible customer service. Please, save yourself the time and money and order from a different site or better yet, a retail store.
