No free shipping
Website states shipping free over certain dollar amount to Canada. This is not true and they will not honor this. They said it was an IT glitch.

Ordered compression socks October 30, 2020 , order no 1472207, never received it, Called several times to follow up always gave me false information, ask for cancellation by email never canceled, Finally almost a month later they told me that they will issue a credit, I’m not holding my breath and see will what happens

No “Easy Return” Policy
Despite following the “easy return” policy, you will have to fight to only receive “store credit” minus the “restocking fee.” The restocking fee is in addition to paying to ship the product for return. Emails to customer service are “never received.” I shipped my product for return, and was never contacted by the company nor were my email inquiries returned, until I reached out to the BBB. I followed the return policy as noted on the website, but was never given one- I was only given store credit, minus the restocking fee. Sketchy return policy.

WORST company ever
WORST company ever. They claim to have a fast and easy return policy but it is anything but that. They will run you around, ask for pictures and pictures, and then at the end give you an excuse for not taking the return. STAY AWAY

Beware! Company doesn't stand behind their return policy
The company's return policy says If package is unopened they will give refund.WRONG!! I have emailed them several times concerning their return policy. My item was unopened and they only will offer a store credit or exchange. Then I have to pay postage to return the item. I will never order from them again. Just lost my money because they don't honor the return policy they advertise.

Would not allow me to return an item, wanted to give me store credit or exchange only. To add insult to injury, I pay return Freight and a 25% restocking charge if they would have accepted it. I'm donating them to charity. Make sure you order the correct item. If you don't, you're SOL.

DO NOT USE UNLESS CERTAIN
I had to return an item. It was in the original box and I didn't even try the socks on. Despite their returns policy saying I would get a full refund I got half and that was after they told me I had to make another order and then they would apply the refund. Unless you are absolutely certain you won't have a problem or need to return anything DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
