Disappointed that I couldn't find…
Disappointed that I couldn't find diabetic compression socks without padding on the feet. Also that there was no information on the comfort of the waist on the pantyhose.

I am a returning customer who has been buying from you for 5 years now. Your add you sent me said Free Shipping. When I went to order another pair of socks it kept charging me $3.95 for shipping. I've never ever been given a coupon or ever got a discount, and now after this, I will be shopping elsewhere. Company advertises one thing and does another. No integrity at all. Gene Butmankiewicz

I ordered the wide calf stocking donner…
I ordered the wide calf stocking donner and it is very difficult for me to use. I have neck and shoulder problems. To return it, it would have cost me as much as I paid for the item. I was not happy about that. So I'm biting the bullet and ordering what I hope is a narrower version. If it isn't narrower, I hope my order gets canceled.

Website difficult to navigate -- too busy. Designed for people who already know what they want. No track for beginners--start with desirable factors, then best brands with those factors. You don't want to show brand favoritism, but deception is far worse. Fabric thickness & durability are important factors in selection, but nowhere to be found.

Be aware: Free Shipping is "Fee shipping" & coupons are useless.
I took a star off because of the "coupon" is only good for stockings nobody wants, and another star because of the "Free Shipping" is only if you buy $39 worth of stockings--at least three pair. My doctor only prescribed two, so my Health Care Reimbursement Account will have to absorb the shipping. (Yes, this is an OTC durable good, but I have to have a prescription to get my money back.) Otherwise, besides the subtle deceptive advertising, it's a great company. I understand it's just a hook, but most people are not going to appreciate it. Elderly people may miss the details and unfamiliarity with the up/down keys on the computers cause orders to change (if the person tends to use them, like me). Also, with the new unasked for change with PayPal, One Click ordering, it is possible to accidentally order before one is ready. And there is no way to get rid of it. I've tried.
