Bait and Switch with pricing/sale
Purchased an item and received confirmation. After 20 min, order was canceled without explanation. Went back onto their website and the price of the item has gone up.

Compressionsales.com. Poor communicators.
I ordered Jobst compression stockings in early December from Compressionsale.com. Today is the 9th of January and still no stockings. I've been told that they're on "backorder!" I realize that they have no control over this. However, the communication regarding my order has been terrible. I've been ignored, treated rudely, and I've received inaccurate information. I will NEVER order from Compressionsale.com again!!!!

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They ADVERTISE ON THE VERY FRONT PAGE “EASY RETURNS”!!!!!!!! FAR FROM EASY!!!!!!! How about NO RETURNS!!!!! EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY!!!!!! This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!! Go to amazon because thats a real EASY RETURNS!!!!

I did not get my discount tried the 30 percent discount and it didn't work tried the SOCK10 for ordering for the first time did not get that discount???

Disappointed
If there is 0 star, I would like give them 0. unbelievable company!I ordered two pairs of compression socks(I paid 14.95US dollars shipping fee, because I live in Canada), But they sent me only one pair, I asked them to send me the missed second pair, they asked me to pay the shipping fee again! I cannot understand why? They made a mistake, why we customer should pay their mistake? I made a order on the 23 November, by now Almost one month passed, I sent them almost 8 email and called them two times, the problem is always not solved, and the lady answered the phone whose attitude was very bad , she told me I should pay the shipping cost again , when I said that I should not pay their mistake, the customer service hang up my call! What kind of company! So disappointed!

Lied about a 10% discount coupon
said I would get a 10% discount coupon. This was not honored because of cyberweek promotion. This ix against Maryland law of truth in advertisement.
